Rules and Liability - Seven Springs Lodge

Doors open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm
No smoking inside the saloon.
Alcohol is only served after 5 pm. At this time, anyone under the age of 21 will have to move to outdoor area.
ID WILL be checked after 5, no exceptions, no excuses.
Only alcohol served at saloon is BEER.
Kitchen will close at 9 pm.
The staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The staff reserves the right to remove any guest that becomes unruly.
Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited beyond marked hill entrance.
No littering
No firearms or weapons allowed
No violence is permitted on grounds.

By Alabama law, NO beverage (alcoholic or not) can be taken in or out beyond the marked hill entrance.
By Alabama law, the staff reserves the right to check the ID of anyone attempting to purchase alcohol.
All guests assume liabilities for their personal belongings.
Any guests that are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
