GROUNDS RULES

  • No firearms or weapons allowed
  • Campsites are assigned and can not be changed without asking staff
  • No littering
  • Pets must be on a leash or caged at all times
  • No pets in the bunk houses
  • ATVs are prohibited
  • The staff reserves the right to remove any guest that becomes unruly

TRAIL RULES

  • No littering:     pack it in...pack it out
  • No dogs on trails with horses
  • If your horse kicks, you must tie a RED ribbon on its tail....bring your own ribbon
  • Please respect any posted private property
  • Trail bosses have absolute authority on trails

LIABILITY

  • By Alabama law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
  • All guests assume liabilities for their livestock and equipment damages.
  • Any guests that are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All horses must have a current negative Coggins Test. State law requires us to refuse admission to owners who do not present this documentation.


IMPORTANT NEWS

Starting March 2010, Freedom Hills Management Area will be open to our horse riders. Any of our guests that plan on riding the Management Area will need to acquire a WMA License. Licenses are available by calling 1-888-848-6887, online at www.outdooralabama.com and local store at the corner of HWY 247 and HWY 72 for Freedom Hills Management Area.

Licenses are not required when riding the land of Seven Springs Lodge.
